He gets into various concepts and cognitive filters he uses to strategize with his athletes how to develop mobility to ultimately optimize performance.  He discusses:  - The different definitions of mobility in the industry.  - Basic programming tips & talking points to have with our athletes as to when to perform true mobility training and when not to. - The Joint by Joint Approach to help us strategize where to integrate stability training to optimize mobility gains. - The importance of mobility to access the elastic properties of our tissue to "coil the spring" with respect to acceleration in the equation F= MA
